
Kassandra Ruiz
Kassandra Ruiz is a seasoned professional, who applies her multi-faceted knowledge of graphic design and marketing to Diversity Agenda’s various digital and print mediums. In her role as Creative Director, Ruiz utilizes her vibrancy, precision and eclectic style to bring content and ideas to life. She is passionate about using imagery and technology to communicate her Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian heritage, as well as corporate and public sector support for gender equality and diversity and inclusion.
From Diversity Agenda’s print publication, to the digital reader connections such “Diversity Minute” and the “Human Perceptive,” Ruiz works with the graphic and digital department to keep teams on brand, on time and within budget. She also spearheads Diversity Agenda’s video production and animation.
Ruiz graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Interactive Marketing & General Art. She has over four years of leadership experience as in graphic design and received her Continuing Education Certificate through The City University of New York, Hunter College. Kassandra is extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere and Dreamweaver.
